Payments and cancellation questions
Published October 2026
Browsing the bar website and preparing an enquiry carry no website charge. This page explains how to frame a question about an actual payment or arrangement if one arises separately. It does not publish a fictional online order policy or promise an outcome for a transaction whose circumstances are not known.
1. No payment in the enquiry flow
The form does not collect card information, submit an order or initiate a transfer. A draft email is simply a communication you may choose to send. If you see a payment request elsewhere, identify who issued it and what it concerns before assuming it is part of this website. Generating a preview does not create a debt or require a cancellation to avoid a charge.
2. An arrangement made separately
If you agree a purchase or another arrangement with the business, check the price, subject and relevant conditions at that point. The appropriate treatment of a cancellation depends on the actual facts and the rights that apply. This page does not set a deposit rule, a reservation fee or a deadline without a confirmed basis. Keep any specific information supplied for your particular arrangement.
3. Raising a change or cancellation
Explain what arrangement you want to change and identify any relevant correspondence. Ask for confirmation of how the request affects the arrangement rather than assuming that opening a draft has cancelled anything. Include the practical detail needed to locate the issue. Avoid sending private information about every member of a group if a single reference or explanation is enough for the initial enquiry.
4. Questions about a charge
Where a payment has actually been made, describe the amount, context and reason for the question. Do not submit a complete card number, password or unnecessary bank statement through the general form. Establish an appropriate way to share supporting evidence if needed. The party responsible for a charge should be identified from the transaction rather than inferred solely from a name mentioned in a message.
5. Considering the relevant conditions
An agreed remedy or a mandatory consumer protection may apply depending on the situation. This notice does not promise an automatic refund, authorize deductions or state an invented processing time. If an amount or refusal is disputed, ask for an explanation against the actual agreement and records. An informational website cannot settle those facts in advance, and the absence of an online checkout does not remove applicable rights.
6. Keeping and following up a request
Use the published contact route to introduce the issue and retain a copy of what you send. The email application handles sending; the website does not provide a claim number or proof of receipt. Follow any practical instructions confirmed for your situation. These communication steps do not waive access to a competent consumer authority or another remedy provided by the law governing the actual transaction.
